Client Service Center


The Client Service Center team is dedicated to providing clients with support in the beginning stages of building your file in our office.  You can call 407-398-6900 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 PM for assistance with existing files in the initial stages of set-up or if you have general questions about our Short Sale FastTrack program. 

Throughout the life cycle of your short sale, our office will constantly be communicating with you and your real estate agent using the latest communication systems.  Email updates along with telephone reminders are routinely sent whenever new information about the progress of your short sale becomes available.  While this method of communication may appear to be impersonal, this is not our intent.  Automated communication provides our staff with valuable time each day to be working with your lender to obtain short sale approval.  If however you need to speak to us, our Client Services team is standing by to assist you.  

To ensure that you receive all of our email communication, please be sure to check your junk mail or spam filter for message coming from our system and mark them as safe to ensure that you receive your updates.

If you have an offer to purchase your property, time is of the essence.  Our team may need to ask you for additional information or documents that you feel is redundant and may have already been provided by you.  Rest assured that we have all of your paperwork, however your lender may request updated financial information and documentation.  Additionally, lenders change their requirements from time to time requiring additional paperwork. While all of this may appear confusing, this is why you have hired professionals to manage your short sale for you and keep everything in order and moving toward a final approval.

If your property is for sale and you have not received an offer yet we can still create the basic submission file for you and keep it on "Hold" in our office awaiting a purchase contract.  Some loans qualify for "pre-submission" programs and we will work with you to determine what program you are eligible for and let you know how we plan to proceed.
