Our FastTrack intake process is easy!  Just complete our online application form and a member of the team will contact you to arrange for you to meet with one our attorney's and a client services representative will work with you to complete all of the paperwork and collect all of the required documents from you at your FIRST meeting.  This ensures that all questions are answered and we have all of the correct documentation to get your file underway.  This meeting will last about 60 minutes.

Once we have your file established, our negotiation team will take over from here and remain as your SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the duration of the negotiation with your lender.  Throughout the process, real time notifications related to status changes in your file are sent to you along with your real estate agent so everyone is in the communication loop. 

Successful short sales are dependent on accurate and complete paperwork being submitted to your lender in a timely manner, our personal one-on-one approach ensures that we reduce set-up time and working together we can get the job done.

3.  If you are ready to proceed with a "Full Application", click on the "Full Application" button on left and complete all requested information.  You will need information from your mortgage statements, knowledge of your monthly income and expenses and information related to your property.  Be sure that you have all of your information nearby when completing this application.  This information will be entered automatically into our processing system.  We will call you to schedule a meeting with an attorney and ask you to bring several items with you.  Utilizing this system really gets you on the "FastTrack"!
Working with us is fast, easy and affordable.  We offer a free, no obligation consultation with an attorney and if you decide to retain us, we charge a $295.00  Application fee to cover the costs associated with setting up and managing your short sale file for as long as the process takes. You can pay this fee using a major credit card below or by check on the day of your appointment.  Additional legal fees associated with a successful shorts sale are either paid by your lender as part of the negotiated short sale or they must be paid by the buyer.  We will review all of this with you when we meet in person at our office or by telephone.
